King of Christmas Refund & Returns Policy
At King of Christmas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to ensure a smooth and stress-free process. Please read the following guidelines carefully.
Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns
– You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in ‘new, unused condition’ with its original packaging.
– Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the King of Christmas website. We cannot accept returns for items purchased from third-party retailers.
2. Condition of Returned Items
– Items must be returned ‘unopened’ and in their original packaging.
– Trees and décor should not have been assembled, altered, or used in any way.
– If the product is damaged or has been used, we reserve the right to reject the return or offer a partial refund.
3. Exclusions
– Final Sale items are non-returnable. These include clearance, discounted, or promotional items.
– Custom orders or products marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
– Gift cards, lights, and other electrical items (if they have been used or opened) are non-returnable.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us
– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@kingofchristmasstores.com or . Please include your order number and the reason for the return
– Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RA).
2. Return Shipping
– Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. King of Christmas is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Return Shipping Address
– Once your return is authorized, you will be given the appropriate return shipping address.
Refunds
1. Processing Time
– Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
2. Refund Method
– Your refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase, including credit cards and PayPal, unless otherwise specified.
– Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
1. Damaged or Defective Items
– If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional charge.
– To assist with the exchange process, please send clear photos of the damaged or defective item and any relevant details.
2. Exchanges for Different Products
– If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement. You can follow the standard return procedure and receive a refund once the return is processed.
Cancellations
1. Order Cancellations
– If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations if the order has not yet been shipped.
– Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, but you may still return it under our standard return policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
1. Shipping Damage
– If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery. We may require photos of the damage and the packaging to process a claim.
– We will arrange for a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.
